I began investing in real estate in 2000, buying, renovating, and flipping properties well before it became mainstream. Since then, I’ve personally bought and sold investment properties, owned and managed vacation rentals, renovated homes, and partnered in the design and construction of spec homes along the Emerald Coast.
That hands-on experience shapes how I advise my clients today. Whether you’re buying a second home, evaluating an investment property, or selling along 30A, I look beyond the transaction and approach every decision with the same care and attention I would give my own.

My husband, Michael, brings an additional layer of expertise in revenue management, vacation rental performance, renovations, and real estate investing. Together, our experience gives clients a broader perspective when evaluating second homes and investment opportunities along the Emerald Coast.
We co-founded and later sold Paradise Beach Rentals, a vacation rental management company where we maintained a 97% owner retention rate. That experience gave us firsthand instight into what makes a vacation rental successful, from property selection and operating costs, to guest appeal, revenue potential and long-term value.
