Lowest Inventory Levels Since 2006 – 30A to Destin FL Real Estate

Check out these charts. The first one compares single-family homes and condos from 30A to Destin FL real estate, in months of inventory from 2006 to 2012. We are at our lowest inventory levels in 6 years! And, so far, inventory is down in January and February 2012 compared to the same time last year. Here is a chart comparing months inventory from 2003 – 2011, single-family homes and condos from 30A to Destin FL real estate. Notice how 2003 and 2004 we were at inventory levels lower than today, along with January – July 2005. It’s obvious where the market “stopped” in 2005 and inventory levels spiked. Every indication points to the fact that either we are at the bottom of our market, or pretty darn close. I know what the media says (although I never listen to them), and I know the facts, based on actual numbers from our Multiple Listing Service….sales are up, inventory is down from 30A to Destin FL.
