I would say that you couldn’t find a better agent. She will work with your schedule and show you as many properties as you want to view. Debbie is patient, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for the buyer. Debbie isn’t “pushy” and is very pleasant to work with. Since we live out of town, Debbie made closing very easy by doing everything via the internet so that we wouldn’t have to actually be there. After the closing, Debbie made sure that we received all the proper documents and even picked up the keys for us.

Debbie James met our highest expectations as a realtor for the 30 A area. 

We decided to buy on 30 A after our Bay Point vacation home was severely damaged during Hurricane Michael. While viewing places on line, Debbie immediately noticed our searches and offered to help. 

Debbie never gave up on us and was gently persuasive in finding our dream place in Watersound Beach.  She was always available for showings as we had to travel a couple of hours to view them. 

Not only did she do an excellent job of facilitating the closing, but continued to provide help as we transitioned into moving into our new home.
