- Shelter House Princess & Pirate Ball – On March 12, 2011, this gala will be held at the Linkside Center in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. - Village of Baytowne Wharf – This celebration gets off to a good start on March 17, 2011 as Henri’s Notions play the traditional Celtic music that will start the St. Patrick’s Day events in Destin. The Events Plaza will be the place and the music starts at 6 p.m. and goes through 9 p.m. Get the luck of the Irish going for you when you attend this St. Patty’s Day celebration in the tradition of a ‘village.’
