30A Real Estate is on Fire

The time as come to say “30A to Destin FL real estate is at the bottom”.

You’re probably shaking your head as you keep hearing doom and gloom about our economy. Remember that information is for the entire country. 30A to Destin FL Real Estate, and all real estate is localized. If I want to know what the weather is like in NY, I’m not going to call someone in California. Real Estate is the same…what’s happening in Ohio is not what’s happening here.

That being said, I have based my statement on statistical market data from our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Check out the charts, below, showing # of units sold and pending, along with lot sales. 30A lot sales are unbelievable!

These charts compare 2012 vs. 2011 and show the number of units which have sold. I’ve broken out Destin vs. 30A.

We continue to be at our lowest inventory levels since 2006. In fact we still only have about 9 month supply of product. Back on 2006 it was as high as 60 months!
